Students may have some questions about taking their course final exam with our school. See examples of questions below:
Q: Can I use my book when taking my exam?
A: Yes, a student can reference back to their materials. Even though it is permitted, it is highly encouraged to study extensively in advance. Students should not attempt a final exam until they feel ready.
Q: Can I save my answers and take a break in between?
A: For the Live Class/Webinar course final exam, the student can quit the exam, and the system will save their answers. After logging back in, the previous session will be saved but displayed in a different order.
Q: Can I review my exam after and see what I got wrong?
A: No. There is no option to review the exam.
Q: Can I see my score?
A: Yes, after submitting the exam, a score is provided.
Q: Can I go back and review my answers before submitting them?
A: Yes, the student can go back to any answered questions and review all their answers before submitting their exam.
Q: Is the exam timed?
A: For the 6-day Online Instructor-led course final exam, there is a 90-minute timing restriction.
There is no timing restriction for the Live Class/Webinar course final exam.
Q: Can I retake the exam if I fail?
A: Yes, students are permitted one retake, which will be a different exam.
Q: How long do I have to complete the exam?
A: The instructor will notify students of when the course final must be completed. Typically, it is the last day of the 6-day Online Instructor-Led course or within five days of your last day of your last class or webinar.
Q: How many questions are on the exam?
A: For the 6-day Online Instructor-Led course final exam, there are 50 multiple-choice questions.
For the Live Class/Webinar course final exam, there are 30 multiple-choice questions.
Q: What is the passing score for the final exam?
A: Passing score is 70% or higher.
Q: I completed my exam, but it still says In Progress?
A: It can take 1-2 business days to process the course completion. Once the course completion is processed, the course status will update from In Progress to Passed, and the certificate of completion will be e-mailed.
