IL Real Estate Continuing Education - Late Arrival/Early Departure Attendance Policies

We recognize that our students sometimes experience unforeseen schedule conflicts after enrolling in a class. Our policies vary for different types of programs.

This article contains the following sections:

Some programs are generally completed in single or multiple days of class attendance. Students are expected to attend and participate in each class session. Late arrivals are not permitted, so we recommend that students plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled classes.  Students who do not arrive for class on time will be required to complete the entire session on a future date when it is available. Students who must leave early will be required to complete the whole session on a future date when it is available.

Below includes some scenarios of a student missing or being late for class depending on program type.

Residential Leasing Agent Broker Scenarios

The 8-hour Residential Leasing Agent Core continuing education course is an online course and does not offer class options.
