Submitting Online Examination
A student has many options to submit their answers for their self-study courses. If students prefer to enter their answers online, they can do so after enrolling and logging into their Student Portal.
The student will need to access each course from the Exams section in the Student Portal. To begin the exam, the student will click "Take Exam":
A new window will open this pop-up message:
After clicking “OK,” the student will see the instructions and can start the exam by clicking “Take Exam” to begin:
As the student is going through their exam, they can exit at any time by clicking the “Quit” button. This will save their answers, and a message will pop up verifying the student wishes to quit the exam:
When resuming the exam, the student will be notified the system has recovered their responses from a previous exam session.

Failed Online Examination
If a student fails their exam, they will see this message:
No score is provided as the results are only Pass/Fail. The student is permitted a retake to the examination. A comment informs the student to review the course material, and they may use the course material as a reference when retaking their test.
The failed score will be recorded, and the retake will be available immediately. Once the student clicks “Take Exam,” the student will receive a pop-up message advising that this is their final exam retake, and no further opportunities are available to retake.
Once the exam questions are submitted, the same pop-up message stating all answers are completed will appear. Once the “Submit” button is clicked, the verification to submit pop-up message will appear.
If the student fails their retake, they will see this message stating they failed the course:
The student portal will be updated with the failed score on the retake and prompt the student to call:
If a student fails both final exam attempts, they are required to re-enroll in a different course and pay the course tuition of the re-enrolled course.
