Residential Leasing Agent License Expiration & Renewal Information
Residential Leasing Agent license numbers are formatted like so: 473.XXXXXX. The Residential Leasing Agent renewal period starts on August 1st of an even year and ends on July 31st of an even year.
Once the required education is completed, the licensee must renew their license. The license renewal fee with IDFPR is $150.
Broker License Expiration & Renewal Information
Broker license numbers are formatted like so: 475.XXXXXX. The Broker renewal period starts on May 1st of an even year and ends on April 30th of an even year.
Once the required education is completed, the licensee must renew their license. The license renewal fee with IDFPR is $200.
Managing Broker License Expiration & Renewal Information
Managing Broker license numbers are formatted like so: 471.XXXXXX. The Managing Broker renewal period starts on May 1st of an odd year and ends on April 30th of an odd year.
Once the required education is completed, the licensee must renew their license. The license renewal fee with IDFPR is $250.
