General Questions

Q: Are Real Estate Institute’s courses approved by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (FDBPR)?

A: Yes. Real Estate Institute offers Sales Associate Post-License education programs approved by the FDBPR specifically designed to satisfy license renewal requirements. License Number #ZH1002957.

Q: Will the school report my credit to the FDBPR upon completing my course(s)?

A: Yes. Real Estate Institute reports all successful course completions to the appropriate regulatory authority. 

Q: Does Real Estate Institute offer the Post-License requirement for Florida Brokers?

A: No, not at this time.  We only offer Post-License education to Sales Associates.

Q: Are Attorneys exempt from Real Estate Post-License Education?

A:  FL attorneys are NOT exempt from post-license education requirements.

 

Sales Associate Post-License

Q: What are the requirements and the deadline to complete Post-License?

A: Newly licensed Sales Associates are required to complete 45 hours of Post-License education before their first renewal deadline which is either March 31st or September 30th depending on when they received their initial license.

Q: What does Real Estate Institute offer for Sales Associates who require Post-License?
